For all of our products delivered inside London (within the M25) , we use a hired courier. For our products sold outside of London we use a variety of courier services. Our delivery costs vary depending on location. Please check our Delivery Costs page for more information
Yes , you are able to choose the delivery date that best suits you at the Checkout Page. However, if that delivery date isn’t available then that we are unable to deliver on that day or the kitchen is closed
All Cake products will be delivered within London . With delivery being a premium service and therefore next day delivery our hired courier service will not have a Tracking Service. However , orders outside of London will be with a courier service like DHL and will have a Tracking Service

Yes. We do not allow for any sort of profanity , hate speech and overly cruel language in our personal messages.
All of our cakes are 9 inches in diameter. They come in 2 and 3 Layer heights at the moment , depending on the Cake.
Our Cakes can last 3-4 days when in the Fridge. However , we recommend setting the delivery day a day before you plan to consume it
